Capture & Encrypt
Digital pens transmit their data to the platform either via a Bluetooth GPRS internet connection or via a PC supporting USB. The transmission of data from the digital pen to the platform is subject to rigorous data, session and authentication key encryption mechanisms to satisfy the most sensitive of form applications.

Recognise & Validate
Advanced Intelligent Character Recognition and Handwriting Recognition are available to convert written data into its digital form. Supporting 11 languages, localised dictionaries & writing styles and the ability to perform dynamic dictionary lookups on the fly (i.e. for enterprise data validation) results in clean, validated data being produced.

Verify & Sign
Biometric Signature Recognition allows a digital pen user’s signature to be uniquely identified or verified allowing powerful workflows to be created. A digitally signed Adobe PDF version of a completed form may also be generated and distributed automatically, providing a legally-acceptable electronic copy of the original form.

Distribute & Integrate
Powerful notification and distribution options are also available with the platform - whether via SMS, email or PDF document management system integration. Deep system integration and real-time data exchange is also available with any enterprise system through the use of a platform-agnostic interface using Web Services.
